Grilled Bread Rolls


Potatoes (Boiled)

Mash the potatoes & add onion, chilies, coriander leaves.
Add all the spices to the above.
Take bread dip it into water. Rise the excess by pressing it lightly.
Fill the bread with potato mixture.
Wrap the bread. Preen it to flatten it.
Grill it.

Apply on the bread.
Grill it.

Apply chutney on both bread.
Place Paneer slices between the bread.
Sprinkle chaat masala on the Paneer.
Grill it on tawa.
Cut it diagonally.
Serve it with ketchup.

Apply the potato mixture on the breads.
